Planning and Requirements Gathering (Analysis) ------------------------------------------------------ After creating a project, you may want to activate "Epics" which can represent larger goals. Design ------------- For design, you can use the user stories and wiki similar to the previous step to mark down any more information needed 3. Development and Coding ----------------------------- For development and coding, you can create "sprints" which allow you to track individual tasks. To create one, go to the scrum tab and click "add" .. image:: taiga/sprintp1.png This will create a new sub-tab which can be used to keep track of progress .. image:: taiga/sprintp2.png You can also link your Taiga to GitHub or other sites using the integrations section in settings. .. image:: taiga/integrations.png 4. Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) ------------------------------------------ For testing, you can visit the issues tab on the side. Here you can create any new issue or bug you come across. Simply press the "New Issue" button .. image:: taiga/issues.png You can also add new tasks and drag the blocks along the line to mark progress .. image:: taiga/taskexample.png Lastly, if you enable "Kanban" in settings, you can keep track of the status for all the items, which can make keeping track easier .. image:: taiga/kanban.png 5. Deployment and Maintenance (Operations) ----------------------------------------------- Lastly for deployment and maintenance, you can move your finished user stories into the current sprint .. image:: taiga/userstoryp1.png This will make them show up on your User Story tab. If they're marked as "Done," then you can see the progress being made on the top tab .. image:: taiga/userstoryp2.png
